Clayton Carter
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Clayton Carter received his Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Pepperdine University. With his extensive knowledge of the public markets and investment-based finance, Mr. Carter has raised the capital to develop multiple startups. Clayton Carter has served as Freestone Resources’ President, and in 2009 became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company. Mr. Carter is also a member of the Ft. Worth Petroleum Club of Texas.

Don Edwards
Chief Investment Officer & Director

Don Edwards is a graduate from Texas Christian University with a BBA degree concentrating in Finance and Economics. Mr. Edwards started his business career with E. F. Hutton where he was a regional OTC Coordinator. He also ran a trading desk for OTC stocks. He later served as either President, CFO, CEO and director for four securities firms as well as a director for two savings and loans. He has been responsible for managing many public and private companies. He has raised start up capital for dozens of both private and public companies. Don also has a background in the Oil and Gas Industry. His family has run a successful Drilling Co. in West Texas for over half a century.

James Carroll
Chief Financial Officer & Director

James F. Carroll has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Freestone since May 1, 1999. He has served as a director of Freestone since November 12, 1999. From December 1973 to April 1999, Mr. Carroll was employed by F. Schumacher & Co., a New York Fabric Company, as a manager of Production, Purchasing and Inventory. Mr. Carroll received a B.B.A. degree in public accounting from Pace University of New York in 1985.

Michael McGhan

Mr. McGhan’s extensive background in the field of gas compression as well as the oil and gas industry will significantly contribute to the development of Freestone’s marketability and its technologies. From 1991 to August 2002, Mr. McGhan was a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Compressor (now Exterran Holdings, Inc.), during which time Hanover became the largest natural gas compression company in the world with approximately 7,000 compression rental units in the field, and annual revenues over $1.1 billion. From August 2004 until December 2009, McGhan was a co-founder, co-CEO and ultimately Vice-Chairman of Valerus Compression Services LLP, which Mr. McGhan and his partners built into one of the world’s leading providers of natural gas treating and compression equipment and services to the global oil and gas industry.

Richard Feldman

Mr. Feldman is a New York based businessman. He is the prime shareholder and CEO of a highly successful, privately held apparel manufacturing company with facilities both in the New York and the Caribbean. Additionally he is an active partner and board member of several privately held real estate companies that own and operate commercial and industrial properties in and around Manhattan.

As a private investor, Mr. Feldman has made previous investments in oil sand extraction and production technology. As such he has a keen awareness of the enormous economic potential to Freestone’s shareholders to be derived from the successful utilization of Freestone technology.
